Presiding Officers (PO)
Assistant Presiding Officers (APO)
Poll Orderlies
Supervisors (SU)
Ward Collation Officers (WCO)
Local Government Returning Officers (LGRO)
Local Government Assistant Returning Officers (LGRO)

The 2026 OYSIEC Recruitment portal opened on 1st October, 2026 and is expected to close on 15th October, 2026.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS FOR EACH POSITION
*Presiding Officer (PO) / Assistant Presiding Officers / Poll Orderlies: A minimum of OND/NCE.
*Supervisors (SU)/Ward Collation Officers (WCO): A minimum of BA/B.Sc./HND.
*LG Returning Officers (LGRO) / LG Assistant Returning Officers (LGAROs): Chief Lecturer or its Equivalent in Tertiary Institutions.
